  Fantastic and transparent service from start to finish, the capacity to get a quick basic quote online along with the speed and transparency of correspondence is something that has set my experience with this company as very positive in comparison to with other local companies. I had my blinds fitted today and I am very happy. will 100% be using this company again in future! Thank you!

  Placed first order on the 7 Jan. My husband stupidly paid in full, £495. Paul the owner had written our card details, account number, security code on the invoice which also had our address and name on it. Admittedly this was my husbands stupid fault for doing this and the card had to be cancelled. A week later had a phone call to say material we had ordered had been discontinued. Why it took so long to find this out is a mistery Went back to shop on Saturday to pick something else to find it closed. I had told them we would be coming in on Saturday but they didn't tell me they closed at 1.00. Paul made second visit 24th Jan and another material was chosen. Told we would get phone call in a couple of days to say when it would be ready Three weeks later I rang them and arranged a fitting date at 10.00am 26th Feb. At 10.00am got a phone call to say the blinds hadn't arrived from suppliers so Paul wouldn't be coming. Put our existing blinds back up and went to shop for refund . No explanation of why we weren't given notice day before other than Paul was away. Wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole. If I could have given them no stars I would.

  Brite Blinds fitted roller blinds in my flat last month. Excellent quality blinds and fast/friendly service. Happy to recommend this company.
